Cannot transfer money with 365 app

    Hi I just moved my salary to BOI and today I tried to make a transfer for the first time...

    But I got the message "There is no valid account to send money from" ...

    Online chat is unhelpful and I called them and they are unable to fix it now... As most humans I do work between 9 to 5 ... Branch closes 4 PM.


    There is any branch that works on Saturday or someone that can fix it for me?

    I am very disappointed as I cannot use my own money
