Cannot create Standing Order

Hello,

I cannot create a standing order to an account where its IBAN starts with NL06BUNQ.

Why is this?

It's a payee that I can make (and have made) separate payments to, but when I try to use the same IBAN as a recipient in a new standing order, it says invalid IBAN.

Hi there, thanks for getting in touch.

It is only possible to set up a domestic standing order to another account within ROI.

You can add as a payee on the App although you will need to then login and transfer each time.

That person should be able to create an Irish IBAN within their Bunq account.
