Poland - travel locator forms?

Folks - travelling with Ryanair to Poland at the weekend, just got a prompt from them to have locator forms, etc but the DFA site says no documentation is now needed, so looking to see if anyone has travelled there recently and what, if any, documentation did you have to produce, please and thanks.

As per official government website:
"From 28.03.2022 there is no obligation to fill in the Passenger Locator Form (PLF) before arriving in Poland"

Not other paperwork needed. Even masks on the plane dropped recently.
