    Depends on why it's underweight, it's overall condition, living conditions etc. I don't think they can seize without Gardai & a warrant/court order.

    It's my uncle's dog. The dog sleeps in the kitchen and he keeps the room clean and the dog has a bed and water. The dog is underweight because he was feeding him those small pull back tins instead of the big cans of dog food. He recently switched to the big cans of dog food and gives the dogs 3 cans a day
