Need help finding a creepy song

    I was at a conference recently and got chatting to an ex-colleague from Prague.

    Now, this guy is one of the people who laughs after almost every sentence (or else I’m just hilarious, which could also be true).

    Anyway, this laugh reminded me of a really creepy song, but I cannot figure out which one. I’ve Googled all kinds of weird things, but haven’t found it.

    So I’m asking here, the good people of AH who have helped me before with such matters - do you know a song with a creepy laugh - most likely in some kind of Czech-ish accent?

    It’s really annoying me.
