Tom Henderson, gaming insider, has said EA UFC 5 should release in summer 2022. Fight Night Champion to release after that. FN was paused to focus on UFC 5. Taking so long, i wonder is it gonna be next gen only. Would want to be some upgrade over 4.

Now it looks like Tom is saying Summer 2023 release. Anik has confirmed him and DC are currently doing voice over work which is usually the last bit done on the game so maybe some kind of news soon.

Creative Director Brian Hayes has left EA Sports after 22 years of working on Fight Night and EA UFC. I wonder does this mean UFC 5 is more or less done and he can move on or what might have happened behind the scenes, interesting development.

Insider claims game will release October 27th. Pretty dead on this form so will update a thread for the game in the general gaming forum.

Leak says M Tyson, Ali and Fedor are preorder bonus fighters. Volk and Valentina are on the cover while Izzy is on the deluxe cover. It will have an online career mode consisting of only created fighters.
