New door, new hardware

I'm getting a new solid-wood interior door installed. I've chosen all the hardware except the sashlock. How do I choose the backset? Various sashlocks have different backsets. The door is a Deanta red deal VR3 80x32 inches. Our other doors (different manufacturer, older) are 6 panel and it seems they have 44.5mm backsets.…

The door is a Deanta red deal VR3 80x32 inches. Our other doors (different manufacturer, older) are 6 panel and it seems they have 44.5mm backsets. Should I just use the same? The new door will have different handles, can't get these old black handles anymore.
