Extending Doctors Cert

    Hi All, I came down with a chest infection last week and had to miss work, I went to the doctors on Wed and asked for a cert for work, he only gave me one for tue-thurs, but on friday I still wasn't feeling up to going in and I'm only really feeling back to full strenght now and will be going in tomorrow, does anyone know if I can call the GP and ask them for a new cert to cover me up to today?

    Have you submitted the cert to work?

    I imagine your GP would be understanding about you needing the extra time.
