Phonewatch Alarm

    I have Phonewatch Simon system. No longer monitored. Keeps beeping and system communication failure 1,2 is coming up on screen when I press the info button. Can anyone help to disable this? Many thanks.

    You would need engineer access to delete these numbers to stop this.

    Another option is to drop the lid and enter the user code and turn off the trouble beeps by deleting option 1.

    Please note by doing this without fixing the problem if you leave them off you will never get the beeps for any other problem.
