Hi all,

I have applied for SSO in Kildare coco and I’m anticipation of a possible interview, I was wondering if anyone has any advise?

I am aware of competencies and the structure of how to answer these as I am already in the civil service but am more looking on advise on what to research about the council. Obviously, population, and councillors etc but what from the annual report, what about budgets etc. there is so much info on the website I’m guaranteed to study the wrong thing.

Any advise greatly appreciated!
