Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Considering a career in Sales, where should I start?

I'm a soon-to-be recent Business graduate from an IT college.

It's looking like I'll have a 2:2 to show for it.

My Industry placement was in an admin type role.

I've over 2 years retail experience.

I'm now looking at Sales as an area of interest for after graduation.

I've heard tech sales/SaaS is quite lucrative, beyond that I don't know what I'm actually interested in selling.

How do I go about getting into Sales?

Will my underwhelming academic record hold me back?

I also don't speak a second language, so I imagine that might be an issue.

DPD are hiring for inbound telesales, there's very little information out there about the role, but it'd be start.. But is that where I want to start?

I know HubSpot and SalesForce hire for Sales grad programmes, as do P&G, Hilti and a few others.

I've also applied for a couple of Recruiter type roles as that looks interesting.

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated, essentially how do I go about putting my best foot forward so that I can get into a Tech Sales position?
