I purchased a new Toshiba laptop battery as the old one wasn't holding the charge and this one also isn't, even when charged to 100% once unplugged straight down to 80% then 60% etc., fast and hibernates shutting down, it gets heated when plugged in for long periods

Any help, advice or recommendation is greatly appreciated, it is a few years old the laptop

No matter what people tell you, words and ideas can change this World
