Is it a public or private laneway?

A through road or cul de sac?

Do you have to drive past these to get to your home or land?

Is there gates across the laneway to prevent escape onto the public roads?

Has the owner of these animals the grazing rights of this lane way? If so I am thinking you will just have to avoid as its is you that could be considered frightening the animals.

If its a private lane way the owner of the property can follow for trespass so report to owner of lanway.

How do the animals not venture onto public roads. This doesn't really add up, surely just report to the guards that you nearly crashed into an animal on the road.
