Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is it true I can deduct stamp duty for a house purchase in my tax return? A neighbour was telling me I should do it but can't seem to find any info online from Revenue.

AFAIK Stamp Duty on the purchase of a house forms part of the cost of purchasing a house for Capital Gains Tax purposes. It is not part of any income tax calculation or income tax return.
