SPC alarm triggered

Hi all, we have SPC wired alarm system and had alarm triggered just now (just as I'm getting cosy in bed!) in our kitchen zone, not sure which door/window sensor it was.

The SPC app log says it was a 'Gross Attack' type trigger which from the support page explains is 'from an inertia/shock sensor', do those two connector things have those in them, how can I tell?

None of the windows or doors were opened.

    Appreciate any help!
