Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Pyrite - buying property

    Hi All,

Is it good idea to buy a property when pyrite is in development and what damaged could be done for first and second floor? Or should we just turn away as it is very risky? Apartment we want to buy is on the first and second floor (duplex) and there is an apartment underneath, on the ground floor and first floor, which is damaged by pyrite but damaged is not remediated. Property we want to buy is in good condition, no cracks from inside or outside, checked by surveyor.

we were informed by vendor’s solicitors only after 4 months of waiting, spent already on surveyor and 2 valuations 🙈

Thanks in advance for answers and your opinion on this!
