I think weather it is a Man or a Woman if you attack or hurt someone you should lose the right to be called by your Gender.

A coward is what they are then and what they should be called from then on.

Call them a male or a female Coward if they must but that is it.

I simply asked if a man or men, a Woman or Women attack someone then why should they be called that. It is my opinion that they should simply be called cowards for what they done. No one bar the police and people caught up or involved in it needs to know if it was a man or a woman or more of either. Maybe it would stop people commiting crimes and you would also lose that right in prison to. They would just say coward number 1257834 needs to be moved etc.

On the broader topic, dehumanising prisoners and reducing them to numbers or labels, does not result in less crime or better prisoners. In fact, it further drives a divide between society and prisoners, justifying various human rights abuses on the basis that a prisoner is not a real person.

It also is likely to result in more crime, because it creates a disconnect in the social consciousness - the people who commit crimes are not real people, therefore we don't have to do anything to prevent crime happening because criminals will commit crimes regardless. So educational and social assistance programmes get chopped down or abandoned. Like a tiger will eat you if given half the chance, criminals gonna crim, so lets just spend all the money locking them up rather than trying to prevent it.
