Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What are you afraid will happen if you say "No"? What's your worst case scenario? What do you think/feel would have happened if you didn't reply to that text yesterday? Or if you didn't log on on your day off?

Look around at your colleagues. Are any of them under the same pressure you are? Are they doing long days and weekends, and contactable on their days off? If not, are they looked upon less favourably than you? Are you getting benefits and recognition more than they are? Are you being paid a premium to be on call on your days off? Are your colleagues?

If you say no, or ignore a phone call on your day off, outside of your contacted office hours what do you fear will happen?
