    Here is the update I got from SEAI

    Properties with dormer roofs or converted attics are not precluded from applying for the Attic Insulation grant, providing all standard eligibility criteria are met.

    It is important to note that the grant works will need to comply with the Domestic Technical Standards and Specifications (DTSS) along with the SR54: Code of Practice for the Energy Efficient Retrofit of Dwellings.
