Converting Bunglow to 1.5 Storey

    Hi,

    We are presently considering converting a traditional bungalow to a storey and half. The bunglow is at present 1500sqft and looking at options of adding additional 800-900sqft . Removing the hip roof and building up the walls with block work and new A roof. The additional floor will have a bathroom, three bedrooms and general circulation space.

    we are hoping to hear from anyone who has completed similar project in the last few years and an idea of a budget.
