Solicitors for house purchase in Waterford

I used Tom Norris at MW Keller twice and it was entirely drama fee. Well the conveyancing part. The sellers on both occasions, different story.

On the same topic, I'm living in Dublin at the moment and will be until buying the house...is there any advantage to using a Waterford based solicitor as opposed to one on Dublin? I'm guessing there is but can't think of any specific reasons!

Father used Frank Hutchinson over at HDKeane as well. Great guy, wouldnt put you wrong. Get a personal reference for a building surveyor. A lot of them do a copy and paste job. You have little or no comeback on surveyor report so get a good one.
