Construction Management Plan

Im going to be cheeky and ask if any boardies have a template for a construction management plan for residential works? We are doing the works ourselves, so im not sure if we had a builder would they provide it or is it architect or who? Ive found some online but they are more big residential developments, surely one residential house does not require that much?

Hi @Gumbo An board planala have it as a condition on my planning permission that one must be submitted. Its literally a self build i don't have a contractor doing the works so Im trying to wing it with one

Normally don’t see them with one off builds.
