Depends on what you need out of it. First step is to see what you can squeeze out of three. Wife was on a bill of 30/35 a month. Told them we were leaving for 48, they offered 20, then 10 per month (after we persisted).
48 is fine for me, but I haven't travelled internationally. I know some people have issues.
Clear from vodafone has a max download of 5 mbps. So if you're just browsing it's fine. Streaming video might be a bit slow.
