Removing disconnected points from my set up

We recently did some work in the house and in the process took out/lost a PIR and a window contact from our set up. I want to remove those 2 points now from my set up so I can just set the alarm as normal. Unfortunately the installer is no longer in business so can’t go back to them. Those I have contacted will only do it if they can replace all the hardware inside and out which seems overkill. I can’t see a model number on the panel or inside if I take the cover off. I know the point IDs. Is there a straightforward way to permanently knock these points off my set up? Thanks

It can be done buy may entail defaulting the system to factory settings if back door code has been changed or the system is a 6/10 panel.

Point ID sensors are giving an ID by the system so need to be deleted to be removed from the system.

Thanks. Is there a physical way to do that reset without the access? I can’t see any specific model info other than the secure watch on the front. If I reset it, is it straightforward enough to set it back up without the disconnected units

To disconnect you need engineer access to the alarm as once the sensor is identified to the system it needs to be deleted in engineer mode.

A full default means a full enrollment of the sensors back to the system, less the ones you are removing.
