Loan, mortage or finance for mobile home

Is it possible to get finance for a mobile home? I would imagine it would be capped at ten years as it would be classed as a loan plus alot of parks only want you to buy their homes new every ten years or so?

It is but I'd doubt it would be by way of mortgage. I have a neighbour who got a personal loan over 7 years for such a purchase , I believe through his credit Union.
