Renting a place in Kilkenny is impossible!

    Any idea what’s going on?

Does it make bad sense finally to be a landlord in Kilkenny that is causing the shortage of properties? Or has something happened that they are all being snapped up?

There isn’t a single place available to rent in Kilkenny on Daft! Gowran is the closest with a house.

It’s the same allover but Kilkenny is particularly bad. A total lack of supply and lack of incentive to supply. You might have some hope in the small town and villages around but Kilkenny itself, woeful I believe.

But Kilkenny is a small town!

Every available property nationally has been taken by immigrants or refugee's.

No forward planning by the government.

Well for starters stop using Daft, think about it, they advertise a property for rent and get 100s or 1000s of applications. Think outside the box. My last two rentals (within the last 3 years) weren't through Daft.

What is the perception of TD Malcolm Noonan at a local level?

Does he have a chance of retaining his seat in next election?
