Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Im trying to determine how many calories are in a 227g striploin steak cooked . The very nice ones you see in Aldi. The pack says 450 raw but doesnt that include the fatty rind that most people dont eat? I wont be anyway. Ill also cook in the pan with 1 cal spray

Cooking does not significantly change the calories. if there’s 450 raw there’s ~450 cooked.

You dint count the parts you don’t eat

450 is the least you consume if you raw dog it.
