First Fix to Completion Timeframe

Just looking for rough ideas of timeframes...

If a new build will start First Fix next Monday, how long should it take to get from first fix to turnkey?

My in-laws are buying a new build and there seems to be some confusion about dates, and I'm just wondering if their builders timeframe is realistic...

Its a 4/5 bed, semi d, block house, with underfloor heating and air2water system

There is only 4 houses in the current phase I believe and yes an estate

You're probably talking the guts of a year all going well, hard to know in the current climate really

Move in time would be in the region of 4-8 months.

From first fix I would suspect 3 months? 12 months seems mad.

I presume it is water tight? Windows doors and roof all done?
