Hybrid working in contract

Anyone got any experience of how to copperfasten remote working in a contract whils also being somewhat flexible. Ideally I'd be one day in a week in the office on average but if I end up there for two or three days one week I'd like the freedom to skip a week etc. I am open to attending at reasonable notice too though.…
