Leasing Land and Entitlements

What is the position with the new CAP, if I lease out land for say 5 years, will I get to keep my entitlements ie I won't lose them?

It's looking that way at the moment, but there's nothing confirmed yet. I was very involved in the last CAP reform and there was huge changes in the last 12mths leading up to start of it
