Qualification on title

Has anyone had qualification on title approved by BOI? If so how long did it take for approval? I have gone sale agreed on a property in an estate, the roads and services have not been taken in charge by the council but a bond is still in place. My solicitor has to write to the bank to approve qualification on title just…
