MOBO cost back to amazon?

Does anyone know how much it will cost to send a motherboard back to Amazon.de? my cousin sent some RAM and a CPU cooler back via an post and it seemed quite expensive (20 cooler and 10 ram) I'm still waiting for the refunds for that stuff. I don't know how long it takes to get refunded or what im refunded. Does anyone know about the motherboard costs for sending back and refunds and when I can expect the refunds for the cooler on ram? They were returned over a week ago.

I sent a mobo back to them via An Post.
For some reason, they wanted it returned to SK (Slovakia) - 44 euro registered post + 5.40 for the jiffy bag.
HOWEVER I talked to a rep in their chat, and he gave me an email address to send photos of the receipts (with tracking number) to.
They refunded the entire cost of postage to my bank; and had already refunded the cost of the item (+original shipping price) 2 days before.
Took about 3 working days to go into my account.
