    5.30 Wolverhampton REBEL REDEMPTION ~ 12/1 ew

A tentative pick to start thread,, ew for 50c or €1,, out of form, but lto in a Class 5 at Lingfield can see a line drawn thru it, as went very wide,, a good race ran in a fast time,,, that was in a Class5 for a recent change ,,

Prior to that Scott Dixon's 5yr old has been contesting Class 3s and 4s in his few runs for his current trainer,, is drawn in stall 6, so is low enough for a make all bid,,, trainer also has the bottomweight, and likely shorter priced Kodi Gold as well here,, can't be ruled out, and nor can many of the participants, but the pick will do me e/w at 10s or bigger - might even get 20s, who knows? 😃

He's been well supported lately,,,, mebbe he'll land odds 2moro!

    Goodnight and Good Luck

    Happy punting everyone

Au revoir til next time :)

1.25 leopardstown, brooklyn glory, currently around 3/5 and still value in my opinion. I've backed at bigger prices but even at 3/5 I'd have no hesitation backing to win. In reality this should be a win in a canter.

PP is offering 4 places and 13/2 for Rebel R at the moment. Those 4 at the top of the betting are all with good claims, I backed Water Of Leigh before and I'll side him again today, he ran a good 2nd here when coming back after a break, was beaten favorite next time and held well in southwell after, I have a feeling that win just around the corner and with 4 places paying, 5/1 is money back at least. GL.

    Final bet.

1.35 Southwell, bebraveforglory, around 5/4. I've backed this to win. Won over further via hurdles. 2m chase here and will take all the beating in my opinion. I've backed to win.

That's my lot. Possibility of 1 later but on the fence.

Tons of money coming on Go Fox 6/1 in the last in Wolves, first run for this yard, won over hurdles, let's follow the crowd. I can't find anything else in Wolves this evening.

5.20 leopardstown, the fav is way way way under priced here. Rath gaul boy, around 4/6 and I think it'll be beaten here. In my opinion this horse will need the run and a very nice price for a decent lay bet. I have it priced around 9/4 and others a lot shorter. My best bet of the day. Just can't see it winning.

That's some drift, good call leff and hope you were on! I wasn't temped at 13/2 and later forgot to check how the market was doing. I got my money back on Water of... nothing to brag about.

ETA: I think I have something mixed up there, but nevermind 🤣

    ta folks 😊

done him e/w alright,, happy enuf !

ETA I backed him in t'afternoon,, was in no rush to be 'beating down any doors' @ ~ 9.30 in the am, only to see summit like 6 or 7/1, and for disappointment to set in..

looking on irishracing site at odds fluctuations, and I don't think he were ever shorter than 14s,, think there must have been a glitch on PP site 🙂

    8.30 Wolves

2 recommendations - no bet from me,, too cold out there 🙂

With zero expectation of any kind of a return, I will side with 2 picks here for 5oc e/w (I'd go € e/w on em meself, as I've had a good day 😋)

    Temur Khan ~ 28/1 , Scherbobalob ~ 11/1

The two favs at around 15/8 each, Avarice & Scarborough Castle, are much of a muchness,, they have no appeal at their odds imo,, not sure how race will pan out so will hope for thread sake that a few big price ones are involved at finish,,

Gluck all and Gl j@u with Go Fox ! 😋

I should've waited till before race with that Fox, drifted out massively throughout the day but I never remember to check the market before the races start. I basically jump in in the morning and leave it be.

better backing a loser than not backing a winner imo,, 😊 That ex Irish, and ex English also horse, had v little form from this side of pond, but that don't mean he weren't expected to go well,, he did win a flat race on turf, as well as a hurdles' race in Perth,, hard to completely draw a line thru him,,

ya would nae be t'first or the last to back an underpriced donkey what ends up flopping,, 🤣
