Paying into a CC account online

Hi - I am trying to pay (netbanking transfer) to my BoI credit card account from my PTSB account , but it gets returned everytime - and I have checked the IBAN details several times already. Any help is appreciated as the BoI branch in our town closed recently and i will have to make online payments from now on Thanks

To make a payment to a Euro Credit Card from another Bank or Non-Euro Account, you may enter the details below:

• BIC: BOFIIE2D
• IBAN: IE46BOFI90153899943016
• Reference: you must add the FULL card number which appears on the front of your card

Hi Tara - I did add the full 16 digit card number in the Reference section, but it still was returned. Where does the 16 digit number go?

Thanks for getting back to us here.

Your 16 digit card number would go into the Reference section. Your credit card would then be added as a bill to your 365 online.

as mentioned thats exactly what I am doing, but still the transaction is getting returned. I wil do a screen shot of it and send it across
