Cheapest way to sell crypto and transfer back to the bank

As the title says, I have some USDC that I want to convert back to EUR and send to my bank. I check both Kraken and Binance and both have a fee of 1%, that is considerable when I look at the amount I want to sell. Am I missing anything or this is the only way?
