Practice Room for Acoustic setup - What happened to Loop studios???

Is there anywhere worthwhile goin on the northside (besides my bedroom), like a rehearsal studio, just to practise a basic setup, maybe through PA too, for 2-3 hours? I was looking up Loop Studios and it seems to have disappeared :( Thanks.
