    HI folks,

Let say you are in a situation where you own close relatives' interest is in keeping you insane, how would you prove that you are not insane. the people, i.e. your next of kin are also against you(for whatever reason,) how would you go about coming out of this situation without breaking the law.

Maybe they should be the ones proving to you that they are not insane?

If it's a legal matter, then a solicitor and psychiatrist. Pretty sure Britney Spears was placed in a similar situation with her father.

Let's treat this as a puzzle or game

    Scenario

you were proven to be insane, under medication, in front of a health official, who was not fully aware of your family situation. Now how would you go about proving that you are not insane?

The gov bodies cant help, because of the person that you nominated as next of kin is the person responsible, people around you can see what's happening

but can't interfere because the person (NOK) has everything covered, Everybody believes what she say, the person on the receiving end, has tried everything but can't get help; most likely because of what she has accused him of most likely, with evidence that are not deniable.

'Next of Kin' simply means someone who you would like contacted in an emergency. Being a 'Next of Kin' provides no legal standing whatsoever despite widespread belief to the contrary; beliefs held by some health and social care professionals as well as the general public.

Contact AGS and lay a complaint against the NOK, the matter would have to be investigated from there and the relevant professionals brought on board.

Let say you are from far far coutry, and there is family honor involved and if this matter comes out, it will damage family reputation.

his own family has done enough damage to his reputation so ,by managing his medication,

Because he trusted them and as circumstances changed,. t. by the time this person realized what was going on, his family made him say things which are being used against him . he constantly has memory loss.

this person ended up in a situation, where his other half is responsible for his condition. but she is (NOK).and being from the particular profession. This person is not interested in money.he just wants to get better, but his fear because of financial life policy, he might be dead soon.

WHAT SHOULD BE HIS FIRST LINE OF HELP WHERE HE CAN GO FACE TO FACE TO DISCUSS HIS MATTER.

So the person was declared “insane”? Sure about that?

You know that they say when everyone around you is against you, right?

What medication is the person on?

Mad scientist Albert Einstein once said :“The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”

So to prove that you're sane, you should do completely different things over and over, and expect the same results.
