Moderate snow blowing around the place in Galway city now. So nice to watch it.

There's a slight dusting on car roofs and shed roofs etc. Embarrassingly this is more lying snow than any winter since 2015-16 inclusive here in Dublin 5 bar 2017-18 and 2020-21. Hopefully the next shower can give a full dusting...

Shower has quickly lost intensity in Galway city, oh well. It seems that in order to get snow from a shower in Galway, it must not come from Galway bay but rather over the land, which has the flip side of the shower losing its intensity as it has to travel over land.

Light snow in Dublin 5, the bulk of the shower is missing me to the south. The flakes aren't as sloppy as you'd normally expect from Atlantic snow.
