Made an error re. Health claim

When claiming for 2018 medical expenses, I accidentally placed the decimal point in the wrong place, and claimed for 125,655 rather than 1,256. 65! Got a message from revenue asking to see receipts, though no surprise! I can't get them on the phone, is there any quicker way to sort this out, but I have emailed them back.

They are a nightmare to get hold of on the phone and one of the most unhelpful departments Ive ever spoken to when you do actually manage to get through. I sent through a request on the 2nd of February via the portal and its still bloody processing. Joke of a system.
