Commencement notice

We got our planning last year for our attic conversion (25sq m storage - with alteration from hip to gable end) and now need to do the commencement notice.

Our planner is no longer around so cannot offer advice on which commencement notice to use. I think it is the Opt out and chose the "material change to existing building" as it's change of roofline. It's now asking us to choose type A, B or C but gives no indication of what each of these mean.

Can anyone confirm if I am using the correct CN and what the differences are between A, B and C for material change?

    Thanks!

CN without compliance documentation is the appropriate form as it’s less than 40 Sq. M.

Thanks Gumbo, we got it sorted. I got on to the Structural engineer and he was able to guide us through it.
