    Update for anyone,

After a ct scan turns out i have nasal polyps. The price i got from this ent and the hospital charges is €4500 to have them removed ( the hospital charge is unreal ) I am still undiceded if il go private or public. I got a different nasal spray and so far my blocked nose has not been that bad, its still stuffy and im still nasaly when i talk but i can live with it where as a few months ago it was driving me mad as you could tell from my 1st comment.

AFAIK they can return after a few years which is unfortunate.

A question for the op, I got diagnosed today with a nasal polyp on one side blocking my nose. Doctor prescribed nasanex, I had been on dymista for a long time but only recently it had gotten worse.

How are you now? Did you get the OP or are you still on the spray?

I was tortured with block noses and sinuses . Thankfully ? I got whacked on the nose which led to a septoplasty . The theatre nurse gave me a great tip , better than any spray .. I get syringes 200ml I think with NO need for needles Buy baking soda ( not powder ) . Put a tsp of soda in a cup of water and put the mixture into you eustation? TUBE HOLDING you head down so it goes to sinuses. Clears the.m out great

I had polyps removed in June 24, and the improvement in quality of life is huge, prior to that I was having severe sinus infections 2-3 times a year needing antibiotics each time, which in turn led to my digestive system being a mess, lack of sleep due to a continuously blocked nose was also a problem. I used the different sprays and nasal rinse for years with limited results, thankfully the operation solved the issues.
