    Hi All,

I have an HKC Alarm and when it goes off I get an error message saying the following "Int.Fuse Flt Panel" I have checked the fuses and they all seem fine, also the internal bell doesn't sound. I have changed the fuse and it's still the same. Can the internal bell stop working and I have to replace it? Any help, much appreciated?

    Thanks Beng.

Yes its more than likely causing a short when it activates.

Replace this before replacing the fuse or even disconnect to be sure.

Hi I have a HKC house alarm and recently we had an electrician in fixing a problem with our immersion, the battery/control box for the alarm is in the same position. A few hours after the alarm had been set for the night it went off and we have all 3 panel lights flashing with an error message saying Fault, call engineer.

when I enter my code it switches off the lights on the panel and alarm is ok for a few days and then will randomly go off again during the night. Any quick fixes?

No Fault displayed, the voice says System Error Call Engineer

Does this error stay on the panel or is it that is just pops up when it goes off?

Usually it will displace the fault on the keypad after you turn it off with your user code.

If its an RF fault, it will tell you the fault then go into the system log.

In this case you would need engineer access to view it.
