Why is my tooth surface uneven and have a slight chip?

I have been whitening my teeth with Zoom whitening. I'm not sure if my tooth was always like this or I have just noticed it as I am looking at my teeth more. It looks like the middle of the tooth is whiter than the end and the end also is slightly raised and has a chip in it. Has my whitening caused this or was it always…

Just for the record, vitamin K2 (mk7 version) makes your teeth white and strong, and vitamin C makes your gum nice and firm.
