Recommendations please for health/hotel/leisure centres which allow non guests/members to pay per session for use of a swimming pool. Would also like to be able to shower afterwards. Would be able to go off peak and avoid weekends as work random shifts. Prefer a pool 20m plus in length.

Currently I use Shannon Leisure Centre but I'm thinking of switching to Grove Island. For Shannon - during Covid you had to do a once off online registration before attending not sure if that sill applies

Would parking be an issue day time during the week?

There is a pay car park next to the Arena and the first 90mins are free and there are generally spaces available throughout the day.
