Boi app savings to current account transfer

    Hello trying to transfer money from my savings account to my current account but app will only allow transfers from current to savings. Thanks

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie.

    If this is a Term Deposit Account, it wouldn't be possible to make a transfer from the account using your 365 online.

    You can certainly request a withdrawal from the account with our Customer Service Team. They can be contacted either by phone on 0818 365 365, or by Secure Message on your 365 online by following 'Services’ > ‘Send us a Message’. One of my colleagues will be more than happy to help.
