    Hi All

The house has above normal levels of humidity. Some of the plastered walls had lining paper straight on to the bare plaster - this paper came away pretty easily. The same for some of the painted walls. I suspect it was so easy because of humidity...or perhaps neither the paper or the paint were applied properly.. eitherway I have bare plaster walls that I want to paint and I'm wondering what type of primer should I use here?

Most of the walls are painted and do not appear to be flaking so I'm just going to sand and paint onto those ones...
