    Hi everyone,

Quick query, we are after signing contracts for a house, the vendor has enquired would we like to buy some furniture they have, the list they provided included Radiator Covers, we had thought because they are screwed into the walls that they are fixtures. We pointed this out but have not recieved any reply yet

Are you sure they are fixed/screwed in? They usually aren’t to allow for cleaning/adjustment of regulator.

Charging for rad boxes which probably won’t fit/suit their new home is pretty tight, out of principle, unless you really want the stuff, tell them to PFO.

Pretty miserable to take radiator covers but strictly speaking they are probably fittings rather fixtures - https://www.cjhole.co.uk/news/fixtures-and-fittings-guide

That's really scabby! I'd be pissed off over that tbh!

We have just moved into our home. Radiator covers were left. They aren't screwed on though, just a lift to remove idea.

I would suggest you bring some spare lightbulbs with you for the day you move in.

Sounds like you may need them.
