I'm looking to buy a decent thermal camera budget of around €200. Is there anything out there decent for that money? I want to use it mainly to check new build for insulation etc. Thanks in advance.

A number of tool rental places (like HSS) will rent these out. you may end up with a better quality unit for less that way.

I was qouted 75 a day for rental. Would you need it for more than a day.
