I don't see a thread on this one. New film from Pedro Almodovar. I can't think of many other directors who offer such brilliant roles for women. Featuring another barn stormer of a performance from Penelope Cruz. I thought it was excellent, moving emotional and looks absolutely stunning. Best to go in blind

watched this tonight - thought it was brill up to the last 40 mins.. what on earth happened there? don't wanna say much in case I spoil it for others.. but gee... felt that the movie totally derailed? and such a pity.. but seems like they just wrapped things up - quickly... to reach a pretty ending - but a v unrealistic one (given what had happened)... shame..
