Naim Atom HE edition

Good afternoon folks

I'm very interested in getting a Naim Atom HE and using the preamp output to connect directly to my Supernait 3.

2 questions. How good is the atom when used this way? do you have them available or how long is the lead time?

The Naim Atom is a fantastic unit and produces an amazing sound, we have ran it many times here at the store of demos.

Its had many awards including a 5 star review in What HiFi.

You will be able to connect the Atom HE to your supernait 3 I'm not sure how it will sound as its not something I've done myself unfortunately.

May I ask why it is you would be connecting the two together? Are you just wanting to use the Supernait 3 as a power amp for running your speakers?

The Atom HE is currently priced at 2999 Euro. I could sweeten this a little bit further down to 2899 Euro delivered.

Hi Kenny.

the product I’m asking about is not the normal Atom that can power speakers, it is the Headphone Edition that does not have an amplifier other than the headphone amplifier.

it does have a preamp that can be connected to a power amplifier for use in a “normal” Hi-Fi setup.

to be honest, I would be looking to use it as Dac/streamer as an upgrade to a Node 2I from blusound and an alternative to a Naim NDX2 which is twice the price.

Thanks for confirming that up.

It is in fact the correct product I've linked to above.

I've not had one in to play with so just assumed it was the same as the Uniti Atom when it is totally different :) Seems like a total quality product and going on the Naim name it will also perform every bit as good.

Pricing still stands on it also.
